The Casper Star Tribune had an article on hate crimes in Wyoming and this was my response to their call for any comments on an effort to implement hate crime laws in Wyoming. It is not the conventional solution to this problem but it is a solution that is more amenable to the concept of equality for all and the fact that we humans cannot always out guess others attempts at discrimination. |
